Program description
Small Batch Sellers operates a centralized SMS notification service. We send buyers text alerts when local makers, bakers, farms, and specialty shops they follow post new inventory or restock limited items. Sellers do not send SMS directly — Small Batch is the sender of record.
What we send
- Inventory available and restock notifications
- Sold-out alerts
- Pickup and event reminders for the makers you follow
We do not send promotional or marketing messages, coupons, affiliate offers, or third-party advertising.
Frequency
Approximately 1–4 messages per month per maker you follow.
Opting in
You opt in by submitting your phone number through a maker's signup link or QR code, then replying YES to the confirmation text from Small Batch.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support information. You can also email hello@smallbatchdrops.com.
Carriers and costs
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported in the United States only at this time.
Privacy
