What we collect
As a maker (seller): your email, name, and business/brand name. As a buyer: the name and mobile number you submit on a maker's signup page so Small Batch Sellers can text you inventory alerts about the makers you choose to follow.
How we use it
Phone numbers are used solely so Small Batch Sellers can send the SMS inventory alerts you opted in to receive. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
SMS delivery
Small Batch Sellers is the SMS sender of record. Messages are delivered through a third-party telecom provider (Twilio) under our registered A2P 10DLC campaign. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for the full program description.
Data retention
Your data is kept until you delete it or close your account. Drops, subscribers, invitations, and reservations remain until you remove them.
Your rights
You can permanently delete your account at Delete account.
