What we collect
As a seller: your email, name, and the contacts (name + phone number) you choose to add. As a customer reserving a drop: your name and the phone number the seller already has for you.
How we use it
Phone numbers are used solely to send the SMS invitation links you trigger as a seller. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
SMS delivery
SMS messages are sent through a third-party provider (e.g. Twilio) on your behalf. Standard message and data rates may apply for recipients.
Data retention
Your data is kept until you delete it or close your account. Drops, contacts, invitations, and reservations remain until you remove them.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. You can permanently delete your account in-app at Delete account.
